Connect your store
Log in to your account and click the Seller Panel button in the header to access your dashboard.
Go to the Stores page and select your platform. Follow the on-screen steps to authorize the connection — it only takes a minute. Once connected, your products and orders will start syncing to Printmood automatically.

Fulfill your first order
Once your store is connected, head to the Orders page — your orders will already be there, ready to go. No extra setup needed. Open any order and start preparing it right away.
Create Product Template
When fulfilling an order, you shouldn't have to manually pick the product, size, and color every single time. By matching your listing's variants to Printmood products upfront, incoming orders get matched automatically — and if you have multiple listings with the same variants, you don't need to configure each one from scratch. Build a template once and apply it to any matching listing with a single click.
Go to Product Templates in the left menu and create a new template. Follow the steps to set up your variant mappings.

Match your variants
Go to your store's page and open the Products tab. Find the product you want to configure and click Enable Fulfillment. From there, you can either apply a saved Product Template or set up the mapping from scratch manually. Once matched, incoming orders for that product will have the right variant selected automatically — no manual picking every time.

Match Shipping Profiles
Match your store's shipping options with Printmood's carrier options so the right shipping method is selected automatically when you prepare an order.
Head to your store's page — it's the same page where you managed your products. Switch to the Shipping Profiles tab. Your store's shipping options are imported automatically when you connect, so they'll already be listed. Hit Match on any option and select the corresponding Printmood shipping method.
Add credits
Printmood runs on a credit system — you load credits upfront and they're deducted as orders are fulfilled.
Go to the Payments page, add a payment method, then hit Add Credits and follow the steps to top up your credits.
