SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping*: 2-5 Business Days
Priority Shipping*: 1-3 Business Days
Express Shipping*: 1-2 Business Days

* These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates do not include the time required to create your products. Shipping costs vary based on the type and quantity of products in an order.


2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.


3. CANCELLATIONS

We allow cancellations within one hour of placing your order. After this window, we begin the production process, and due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations or modifications can no longer be made. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!


4. RETURNS

Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we'll gladly work with you to resolve any mistakes and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.


5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.


6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Printmood (Pending Trademark of Taytrading LLC) is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders may have restrictions when it comes to shipping to P.O. boxes.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange

Since all our products are custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the order number and details about the issue. Unauthorized returns or exchanges may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed once we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping

If your item was shipped in error or arrives defective/damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For any other issues, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.


Ineligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made products (including all items from our store),
Clearance items,
Final Sale items,
Perishable items,
Special-Order items,
Gift cards,

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion if the item does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.


Condition of Items

For defective or damaged items, please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with all packaging included. Items may be "open box" but must not show signs of use or damage unless that damage was present at the time of delivery.


Form of Payment

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees unless stated otherwise. If the original form of payment is unavailable, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
